Passiflora Light
The Passiflora print, a seamless repeat pattern developed for the Liberty London Open Call, was created using hand-drawn and coloured monoprints alongside digital techniques. The passion flower plant was originally brought to Europe from South America in the 18th century, echoing shop founder Arthur Lasenby Liberty’s ventures and his imports to London from distant foreign lands.
